Pole Vault Swing-Up Rack series of exercises to mimic the pole vault technique, practice the sequence of movements and build the task specific strength to perform each movement in relationship to the cord of the pole. We want all our actions to correlate with the cord of the pole's force application line. That line is always pushing from the pole tip through the top hand. The chin up bar is always pushing straight up. The Swing-Up Rack keeps the hips and shoulders in that force application line
