Jason Dunlap has seen “National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation” hundreds, make that two-hundreds, of times. So when the time came for him to turn on the Christmas lights at his home in Gardendale, Alabama, and kick off the holiday season, he knew exactly what to do.
