In a scene out of “The French Connection,” a wild new NYPD video shows cops hot on the tail of two alleged car thieves in a stolen muscle car racing through streets — and on sidewalks — in the Bronx.
The NYPD says it began after the driver allegedly stole the vehicle on Staten Island just before 6 a.m. last Saturday.

Video from the NYPD shows a drone tracking down what they say was an armed vehicle theft. Police say their drone team first spotted Emmanuel Torres and Ricky Fernandez in the stolen Dodge Charger.
